Eight Limbs Yoga and Wellness provides a high quality of care for clients in need of home care massage and yoga to beneifit their rehabilitation and maintanince of health.  I facilitate communication between all aspects of treatment to customize a plan of care to meet the clients needs and goals. Delivering a high quality of care has always been my priority, and I've found a way to do that through massage and yoga. The benefits of massage therapy and yoga have long been known. We are finally able to celebrate that in the medical community and recognize its value in optimizing and maintaining a high standard of living and quality of life for those than need it most.
